Ele Wand and a Bishop
So, I had thought Ele wands didn't affect holy and dark skills, but my damage was way off when using AR with an Ele Wand with ma much higher than my UWG weapon.
Can anyone confirm if holy skills are affected by the penalty, or if AR ISN'T a holy skill?
