Which quest starts the Cherry moon Samurai?
Im lvl 166 and i didnt receive any cherry moon quests. I want to go to the sakura castle to get the flaming katana and stuff.
What quest am i suppose to do first?

Wrong castle. It's the ninja castle, not Sakura.

Yes, the quest from Tae Gong.
Accept his quest and the quest from Wiz the Librarian until you get that book in your Use inventory that you can click to teleport you to Sakura Castle. From there, just talk to all the NPCs and accept all their quests. Finish all the quests in Sakura Castle before going to Ninja Castle.
One way to get to Ninja Castle is by first going to Momijigaoka through the Dimensional Mirror accessible from any main town. Then, go right and down a few maps until you get to Zipangu (remarkable because it's nighttime there). Use a return scroll at that map to get to Zipangu: Mushroom Shrine. Then, head to the middle of the map to talk to Palanquin, who will then transport you to Ninja Castle.

Cherry moon Samurai= the quest to recieve the medal for doing all the sakuras castle quests.
