How does the Happy Hour work?
I never have time to get on to actually get the items so I'm wondering how do you exactly get them. Do you have to stay on for the whole 2 hours or what?

Drink till you cant stand or smoke till you can eat anything Happy hour =)
Well..I feel stupid now.
Just talk to Gaga during the happy hours and you get your stuffs.
