Netflix vs. Popcorn Time

I havent had cable tv in a long time, so Ive been using netflix for awhile now. I recently discovered another movie streaming company called popcorn time, and I gotta say, I use it way more than netflix now.

What do you guys prefer?

Netflix pros:
Reliable source for movies and shows
Good quality
Subtitle option
Netflix originals
Saves where you left off

Cons:
Older movies
Missing episodes
Monthly payment

Popcorn Time pros:
Newer movies
Free
Complete episodes

Cons:
Sometimes bad quality (only if movie is still in theater.)
Sometimes videos wont play, or unavailable torrent
Often subtitles unavailable
illegal movie streaming/download
You have to wait until movie downloads before fast forwarding.

If I know netflix has the show or movie I want to watch, I would use netflix since I know its much more reliable than popcorn time. It also saves where you left off.
Even though the pro and cons favour for netflix, I still prefer popcorn time solely on the reason that it will release new movies faster.

Considering your ISP can stop service, I'd take it seriously. Then again, you can probably just switched providers. Sadly I can't because I'm in student accommodation, so I just use a VPN for these kinds of things.

Netflix has nothing. I had it for a few months, and I swear there were literally no movies I actually wanted to watch. The only movies that were actually watchable were already 2 or 3 years old. But I couldn't find any older than that or newer than that that were worth watching.
Remember when Netflix sent DVDs in the mail? Yeah, they actually HAD any movie worth watching back then. Now it's crap.

I am forced to resort to the high seas.

Or, for instance, I just watched the first 4 episodes of The Walking Dead on some random streaming website, and it worked fine.

Netflix you gotta pay for it.
Plus they're behind a couple of seasons for some shows... Same with movies....

Yea INB4 a mod bans this thread. Well guess what mods, some people don't have cable! Shocking I know.

The benefit of netflix is that it automatically plays the next episode rather than having to manually change it. Is that the case for popcorn time as well?
