Hi guys, how do you get to singapore. When I "google" it, it tells me to find irene in kerning but i can't seem to find her anywhere.

You can talk to Spinel to go to Singapore (the one who normally takes you to Mushroom Shrine)
And she is in orbis station
She's still in Kerning City too
