I/Ls chain lightning attack speed What is the highest attack speed you can achieve without rune of swiftness? I know that in KMS you'd only need dsi+green mpe pots, but I was wondering if the attack speed formula worked differently in GMS I ask because I've noticed rune of swiftness makes chain lightning faster (on top of dsi+mpe) I'm contemplating whether it's worth investing in the attack speed inner ability, as I'm almost at the point where I don't need the infinity buff Thanks in advance
