Question About hitting level 200 and other question
Since the cap is level 250, does it still congratulate a person even when they hit 200? Or did they take that out.
And also, when a skill says +50000 maximum damage, does it really matter to someone unless they already hit max damage? Or does it add it to your current damage.

How are there "no-lifers" if they get to lvl 200 in less time than the trolls spend in the fm? >.<
Doesn't appear anymore. 250 better have good rewards.
I have been playing for 3 years and the highest i got to was like 182. I'm not commited enough

Although no-lifers can achieve it in less than a weak, it was originally the endgame cap I woulda loved my congratulation even though it only took me 3 months.

Since no lifers can hit 200 in less than a week, it's pointless to congratulate them. No achievement there.
No, I don't think it congratulates you anymore.
And no, it doesn't benefit anyone who cannot hit cap.
I think they took out the congratulatory message some time before 250, but I probably wasn't around when it was removed, so iunno.
