So is there any way to change my hair to a vincent. Because my hair is so flat right now.

Some people actually looks good with flat hair, while others with gel-up hair. It depends on your face shape, your facial features, tone of your skin, hair color..etc
I think people with rounder faces would look better with flat hair, because it helps contour your face from the 'roundness', and people with a more defined chin goes with the spiky hair, something to even out the chin I guess..
It's like that with the female hairs too, like how some girls can pull off a bob look while others can't.
Jell or when you wash your hair, blow dry it upwards. It should be extremely easy to get it up if you're asian.
