The Black Mage cast his chain spell on many cities making it impossible for anyone to enter... oh those poor citizens
Stupid Nexon removed all these areas thinking they'll "update" them like it was gonna be a top priority. That was 2 years ago and since then they've redone like 2 or 3 out of the 10 or so they removed. Really silly but they seriously need to return these areas, especially Tera Forest since that was one of my favs
It's been like that since the RED update. Nobody really knows what Nexon's plan with the area is.
