@sinknight: Well the thing about this one is that it's based on other novels and spinoff things that were based off the original story. It's supposed to be a cohesive representations of those things telling the story of the future where he couldn't save Kurisu.

@averymbii: well whats confirmed is confirmed, but what's in decision seems to be a new season if its like how the game got an anime based on the game. I wouldn't be too sure of it considering how much closure the OG had.

@sinknight: Well as stated by @holydragon a new anime was indeed green-lit a while ago. I actually remember reading that article but it slipped mind I guess.

@averymbii: Many animes have games but it doesn't actually mean they get a new season, if anything its quite the opposite. After Code Geass R2 a DS game came out, Guilty Crown a Txt-base came out way later but no season 2, Toppa, D.N, etc.etc. COULD be different for stein;gate since its reversed but, I highly doubt it will ever come to fruition.

@sinknight I don't think there was a question of that since I put it in the PS section, and in the video it says it's on all the PS consoles. If it does well, which it undoubtedly will, then it will likely get a new season.
