Seeing as how the potential line states HP recovery item and skills +X%, I'm pretty sure they made it as HP recovery items and HP recovery skills. It would've just been too long writing all that down.

If they wanted a skill duration effect, they would've probably named it : Longer Skill duration +X%.

Why would they even consider having a dual effect (hp recovery and longer buffs?)? That'd be broken as Eff. Especially with that pendant, meaning you could probably get no CD on skills such as smokescreen and be invincible all the time.

im pretty sure thats only for hp recovery skill.
unless it would say skill duration: +40% etc.

Finally got those 2 mech cards and merc eh? <3 And I can't try it on ahaha, it was just a passing moment of lucky that I screened. Cubed it after that >_<

I think that's just for recovery skills, Try it on and let us know. regardless though, I almost have body boost 100% of the time. I got my cd down to 2 seconds.

Nawp ahaha I was cubing for a friend and this came up so I screened it. It said skills thought so I'm pretty sure it works for all skills :o

The BaM Hyper skill extends the benefits of the non-blue Auras under Body Boost to 90 seconds. As you know, the cooldown of Body Boost is now 90 seconds. You do the math.

Why is this news? We knew this ages ago.
