About wand new 1 speed attack
Does it means that wand will be actualy worth using over staves?(explorer mages)
since that as fp even with si,honor speed and MPE potion, i can still go faster by using real si / yellow aura / bw aura.

Staves would need a much... much higher base atk over wands for them to have any appeal at all.
if the patch comes out then yes, however it's subject to change since it's still in the test server and since the buff does not even out the difference between wands & staves; if anything it makes it drastically skewed to wands
staves will only be used by BaM (if the patch comes out). Even for Bishops who reach hard speed cap with dsi, honor speed and green mpe, wand can at least save you from acquiring one of them.
I feel they need to change the multipliers of wand/staff to actually balance them
