Isnt having 100% PDR enough? I mean, how much much defense can you ignore than 100%? ;P
Personally, I'd go for roughly 90 - 100% PDR and after that either % Boss or % Crit.
Critical rate is better, Kaisers naturally have more than enough % pdr.
I'd just go with PDR since you can never get enough. I don't think critical rate is very important for Kaisers.
