I think Jolly suffers too much of an attack boost though; the point is to throw it out there as a lead and hopefully OHKO the opponent's, giving it +1/+1, after which there shouldn't be many things that could survive two hits from even a not-very-effective attack.
I believe I've done full 6-0 sweeps with Heracross, although admittedly it doesn't happen very often. And besides, I think the speed is fine for most situations. In the case that it gets outspeeded, it's usually bulky enough to take one hit, after which I can switch out to something more suitable.
Sounds good enough. Not like heatran would give this team problems.
EDIT: Night.

Adamant gives it a really nice boost, but with Jolly you outspeed +1 Gyarados and scarf Heatran, and others. So Id suggest Jolly over Adamant.
EDIT: And I believe if you have Adamant, scarf Politoed also outspeeds you

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 ATK/252 Speed/4 HP
~ Megahorn (For Abomasnow and general sweeping)
~ Close Combat (For Tyranitar)
~ Earthquake (For Ninetales)
~ Stone Edge (For balloon Ninetails)

The type coverage is fairly decent IMO. As for other weather-bringers, Zapdos takes care of other Politoeds (although admittedly there's not much of a point in that) and Hippowdon, with HP Ice.
Although I'm not sure if you're playing on simulators or the actual game; depending on which it is, some of these things might not be attainable.

@Below: All's fair in love and war.
At least with only paraflinch, your opponent still gets a chance to move.
I used to run Paraflinch with Attract on Togekiss, and it was just overkill =P
That's a nice heracross. I'm going to consider that for my team after I play on wifi battles and see what happens.
And yeah I'm not playing the simulators, I'm playing on the actual game on Wifi.
And my math says that paraflinch/attract togekiss only gives the opponent at 10% chance of doing anything. Yeahhhhhh all my opponents would run away if that happened.

I hate facing that thing so much
So much so that I'd never use it against my opponent out of the fear that they would run away in the middle of the match while I'm flinch haxing them to death.
Amen
In rain, Alomomola outperforms any Blissey I've ever used, and when it's the opponent's last Pokemon Alomomola always outstalls Blissey.
As for the electric-weak issue, that's why you sub out things. My main competitive party is Heracross|Jirachi|Zapdos|Politoed|Alomomola|Kingdra, and there's only two electric-weak and one negation.

Alomomola @Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 252HP/252Def/4 SpDef
~ Aqua Ring/Waterfall
~ Rest
~ Toxic
~ Soak

Depends on whether you want 12% healing per turn or a 2.25x damage attacking move for when things get a bit rougher or when toxic is just too slow for you. It's also good to have something with Lightningrod, in case special attacks come flying out.

EDIT: Also, if I were you, I wouldn't dedicate an entire team exclusively to Pokemon that can take advantage of rain. Weather killers will always pop up, and it's important that you have something that can take care of them even without weather. I don't do competitive in the actual games, but on simulators I generally go with Scarf Moxie Heracross and Paraflinch Jirachi.
Well due to team preview at the beginning of each match, I can already tell if there is going to be some kind of weather killer on my opponents side. I'll just switch out my politoed early on to keep it alive and bring it back in when I take care of w/e could fumble my rain.
How about instead of TWave, it gets Toxic with the EV spread you suggested.
Its not a bad idea, but the point of Acid Armor, is to cover Vappys weak physical Defense side, while the EVs already covered its huge sp def. With both def and sp def up, thanks to Roar and Ferrothorn Spikes (and maybe Stealth rock as I suggested) you will be unstoppable, Rest away damage, and phaze away and away.
Replace Thunder wave on Vap-...Im sure he doesnt learn it. Anyways, get Acid Armor. If you can remake that Vaporeon, make it spdef bulky, with few def EVs, then give it acid armor. Keep the spikes in Ferrothorn, with vaporeon you will phaze out a lot, so it works out pretty well.
The team seems pretty solid, but just as any other rain team, Rotom-W eats it alive. Only thing you could really do is try and send ferrothorn, but it will get burned.
ALso @HeyItsYou
Ferrothorn will take half damage by any fire attacks that it receives adding to its survivability.
Ferrothorn is 4x weak to fire so Rain halves the dmg that it takes.
Also it's just there as a wall/staller

@Humanmango
Wouldn't it just be better off to run a blissey with 252 HP/252 Def with SToss/Toxic/SoftBoiled/Ice Beam?
That alomola would just add another electric-weak poke to my team.

Even if it seems an odd option, Parasect can help you with a thunderbolt resist, Sleep support (Spore) and Leech seed/Dry skin abuse. If you choose Parasect, you can also replace leech seed on ferrothorn and get SR!
@ HeyItsyou Rain reduces Fire type attacks power. Ferrothorn is x4 weak to Fire, so in rain its x2
No EVs for Kingdra.
Use here for reference. I think the EVs can have a better spread. Also what happened to the other 4 EVs in some pokemon?
The only other problem I can think of is why you aren't using Hurricane on Thunderus. Other than that, it looks like your average rain team.
Fixed EVs. Also, thundurus can't learn Hurricane, only tornadus can.
I'm using Thundurus over tornadus in order to take advantage of the 100% accuracy of thunder in the rain.

EDIT: Didn't realize hurricane was 100% accurate in the rain as well o.o
