Potion or consumable doing damage over time
Does anyone know what's is causing damage over time to be dealt to this zero in this video?

It would be really useful in proccing the shield for beta form, but I don't know what's causing the damage (unless its some sort of KMS exclusive item).
EDIT: It might be that Magnus has a DoT debuff only in KMS? Can anyone confirm this~
