Blizzard glitched?
After Blizzard is casted, I only see maybe a couple instances where I see blizzard is activated. With my F/P, when Meteor Shower is casted, I see the animation much more often than I do my I/L. Even though Meteor Shower and Blizzard have the same proc chance for FA to activate, I notice that Meteor Shower activates much more frequently. It feels like Blizzard is glitched somehow. Anybody else having a similar problem?

I second this. Noticed awhile ago that I had never seen blizzards FA proc from using CL. It would of course explain why it feels lower then 60%. I am guessing that f/p para does proc FA but one of their other skills used commonly does not. It would explain why its more noticable to i/l then f/p.

Slow compared to virtually every other class with final attacks, bar Aran and maybe Heroes. I've also said it before, it'll average out in the long run. That being said, it probably is broken or triggers on DoT (so it looks like it's working more for F/P).
I've noticed this tooo, and am only a little annoyed by it. It's not like it hurts a drastic amount anyways, but it's enough that it could make a little difference.
And @Momijii - What slow attack speed? Chain Lightning can attack almost 4 times a second. Given the 60% proc-rate, that should activate on average of twice per second.
In a round of 12 continuous attacks, sometimes I see it proc once, most times none at all. I don't think my luck is that bad that I get 0/12 or 1/12 every time.

-At around 0:34 Blizzard is casted, no procs
-Casted again at around 2:07, no procs
-Casted again at around 4:42, no procs

-During the first proc, there was around 18 times CL was casted before Blizzard proc again
-Let's just say if there was 2/20 proc, that is much lower than the theoretical proc of 12/20
Considering the first vid, I don't it's just due to bad luck.
Doesn't it trigger on DoT? I can't remember. Either way, 60% is not that often with Mages given their slow attacking speed anyways.
