Miracle Time Potential Scroll
So during Miracle Time, we are supposed to get a '100%' Potential Scroll. During many cases in the past, these scrolls have been 99%.
Is it going to be 99% again or is it a legit 100% this time.

No, that only happened once, and those were coded to be 80% by a mistake. All other 100% scrolls are still 100%.
Nexon fixed the glitch and everyone who lost their equipment got them back.
