Ele staff 7 or 8
Which would be the best choice if I could have either one once RED arrives?
I want the best for killing bosses if that makes a difference.
I know there's only a five percent difference between the two for each element but I'd like to get the most out of what I use.

@ballsface: Did I say there was a problem? I'm clarifying what he meant in which you decided to go all wise-ass and blowing the misunderstanding out of proportion.
And his suggestion meant you could've just posted 1 thread in the general mage forums, asking which # weapon would be better for both mages. It's not like the class experts are restricted to post in their own class section. Could've probably gotten more responses anyway since it would've been in 1 thread. Oh and there's polls for a reason, make use of them.

I ask the F/P mage experts about their weapons and I ask the I/L mage experts about theirs. Simple.

Maybe you should define it yourself. He's right, you made the exact same thread [b]in the f/p forums[/b] with respect to the corresponding elemental weapon numbers [b]in the title[/b]. Other than that, the contents of the thread itself are identical.
You know [b]exactly[/b] what he meant too, being a wise ass isn't going to help you anyway.
You will use Chain Lightning more than anything else; in light of that get an 8.
