BGR versus LGR
I was wondering if a 18 att 50 stat Blackgate Ring is a better choise than a LGR
Primed LGR has 61 stats and 15 att buff
So im guessing the comperasion is between 11 stats and 3 att right?
Whats better? Or is it equal?
One more advantage for the blackgate, is that its not a buff I guess, less lag? Idk

In terms of value for money, yes. You would be better off spending that LGR money on other things.
@star909: Because Heaven's Door on a 1 min CD (especially with Lucid-like bosses where you get chain killed + Heaven's Door nerf next patch to every 10 min) is 50x better than something you can halfway replace with a Kanna?
And as to your second question, you're just splitting hairs here. The person who got it said it was in the Philo books. Where else would it be, Gachapon? Wait, it's not featured there either. As I said before, you can believe me or not. The ring exists, and you can ask anyone well-known in MYBCKN about if it was ever in a shop (it was).
@yoursolace: None of the new rings have any buffs/summons that give stats (Forest Guardian has a buff; it gives no stats and is purely decorative; Hilla/Magnus have no buffs).
@risingrain Does Hilla's Rage have a summon?
Sorry for the noobish question, but which method of upgrading is the BG ring going through to get the additional 13 attack? Or is that ring something you have on you atm/not primed
@risingrain: then why would the monolith totem be a lot more commonplace than the breath of divinity? and again, why wasnt it listed?
@star909: You really overestimate the number of books that people bought. In all of GMS there's only maybe half a dozen to a dozen Frenzy Totems around, and that's with it being featured. People have spent thousands not to get anything good. The Breath of Divinity is probably as rare as getting 1m MP from Marvel; do you ever hear about people getting 1m MP from Marvel? Exactly.
LGR is like a rollex. It's not functioning better. It makes you look rich.
@risingrain: I have a hard time believing that he got it from Philo seeing as the item wasnt listed on the site and that no one else has spoken up about getting one (atleast one person would post "what is this?" ). Seeing as it would be a pretty beneficial item and they listed the reaper pendant, the monolith totem, and the magnus and hilla rage rings (all hailing from TMS as their server origin), i really find it hard to believe they wouldnt list the Breath of Divinity ring being one of the items available in the philo books seeing as that would be a wildly high selling item for them.
@nitsua2789: You can believe me or not; the person took it down from their shop a long time ago because they weren't going to sell it for anything less than a few hundred dollars. Would have been 150-200b in meso at current rates anyway.
@risingrain: Care to provide an SS of him wearing it? (or the actual equip if he smega'd it)
@bigbater: There is one in MYBCKN; I asked the person who got it and they said it came from Philo books.
@risingrain: is there a legit way to obtain Breath of Divinity yet, or is it just in the game and unavailable
@bangonbucky: Primed Blackgate isn't better than primed LGR.
Primed Blackgate trades 17 more all stat for 11 att.
At endgame the stat/attack ratio is 2~3; the more funded you are, the closer you are to 3 because you get more and more +1 or +2 stat/10 level lines on bonus potential. For example, Santa with 44k LUK is at 2.7.
Before the new rings came out it was Superior/Reinforced/LGR/Blackgate.
Now with the new rings it's Superior/Reinforced/Breath of Divinity/Hilla's Rage (or Magnus if you play a Mage).
@bangonbucky:
%stat is extremely powerful end-game and makes up for that att.
@wall @masterobert
why is primed blackgate better? id lose out on 11 att for only 18 stat compared to a 61 stat primed lgr
more over, why not go blackgate, lgr, reinf and sup?
since blackgate > cracked
and lgr > solid
is bgr, lgr, reinf and sup the optimal way to go then? or am i missing something
@bangonbucky: LGR gives a 16 attack buff.
What @wall said is correct, it's better to prime and or spell trace your gear (except Gollux) instead of scrolling for attack for end game.
You can compare damage and range using this calculator:

@fighterdoken yeah you can psok both
@bigbater ofcourse it would but i mean roughly
like how would it work for a 600% stat and 100% godly player
and a 300% stat 50% att above average player
both rings give the same tier %, its more about which one makes you look rich. But idk can you psok BGR for resell value?
that would depend on the %stat and %att the player has?
