The upside is that ticket response is very quick.
The downside for me was that everything in my ticket was ignored and I got blocked on my priest account that I made ages and ages ago. Replied back to everything the GM asked for over a timespan of a couple of days only to find that I wasn't released. Thanks Nexon. .........
I've never had any massive issue with customer service. Even back in 2011, most of my issues were handled by the end of the week with responses in a couple of days.
i mean, even tickets ive sent back in 2011 were answered in 1-2 days

They definitely did. My ticket response times went from ~5 months to 2 days
It's cuz' like most the population is gone, they're taking care of whoever is left (for NX of course)
+LOL! Only about 5 years too late!
Yeah, they really revamped everything. All the problems I've had were taken care of in one or two days.
