Getting to Legendary on Inner Abilities
So right now I'm at Unique and it's taking forever to get to Legendary. Am I better off buying Miracle Circulator to get to Legendary or continue to keep resetting it?

@marcow1: It took me 230k so that means I did 2,300. sooo worth.
It's really hit or miss, I've spent 1m honor between 3 chars and no legend yet

Nexon seems to have stealth nerfed miracle circulators tier chance by nearly 50%.
My sample size is not yet large enough for more exact estimates but so far, this is my conclusion.
Nonetheless, it will cost you on average of 14 circulators or 3 dubs or 5 happy hour drinks

If you can afford the circulators, yes it would be better buying those to get to legendary and a good line and then lock the line and get a decent line for second and third using saved up points.
