Is there always a specific potential to tempest?
I have notice the tempest equips from the boxes all have the same potentials and patterns.
1) Always 2 lined
2) Never 2 lines of 6% of any stat, either 6, 3 , or none
Can anyone prove me wrong with a 12% stat of something?

They are only 2L from the boxes.
I have never gotten a 12%, but I've gotten a bunch of 9%s, now all 4 of those accessories are 9% int for me now <3 (though I have a 9% int Heli belt)

It's possible to get 6% on the second line, it's just pretty rare. I've revealed hundreds of tempest equips and have only gotten 6% on the second line once. Sadly, the stats didn't match.
I've noticed DEX seems to get high pot stats on epic. I cubed my rings once and got 12%.
STR% and Luk% is so hard to darn well get in epic.
I opened at least 7k boxes. The highest potential I got is 9%s. I have like same pieces of shoulder pad with exactly the same potential. The potentials have pattern I say. I dropped so many Tempest items and sold 6%s for 1m each in fm.

Thats because the chances of you getting a 12% is still just as low,
Are those 12% from the previous event or from a Box? I haven't seen deflation, ( From what I seen, the price of a 12% item hasn't changed much)

2) Wep Def 6% and Heals 20 MP every 4 secs 2 times
and many more to list

Gotten 9% luk
and i fused some and gotten 3% str 2L pot with +11 atk 3L epic bonus tempest pendant :o

I've seen many people in the fm spamming 12% stat tempest items... sadly, I can't afford any of them... IM POOR WHYYYYYYYY

You just haven't opened enough of them. I haven't seen any 12%s yet, but have gotten plenty of 9%s.
