Tired of people calling us Op?
Everywhere I go, people either say "OMG YOURE A OP JETT? GET OUT!" or "ADD HIM! HES A JETT!" Everyone thinks of us as the most OP class there is, which is true compared to most, though the real hypocrites are Phantoms. The main reason people call us OP is cause of Sub Orb (which is a very stong mobbing skill), though now it's exactly the same as Sair's 8Leg Easton, which Phantoms can now use. We have one of the fastest attacks, though now Phantom can steal the exact same thing from Sair. Those are our only 2 advantages.
Added on to those 2 things, Phantom also gets 70% Mastery, while we're still stuck at 50%. While copying our Rapid Fire, they also an attack that adds an extra line of 220% dmg, outpowering our RF by 150%. Can't forget to mention the buffs they steal from different jobs. They can steal the buffs from bosses, which greatly increases how much faster they can boss, rather than Jett being stuck waiting for DR or Wep cancel to finish. True we have a skill that heals 8% hp every 5sec, but at lvl 200 I have 12k hp, so I get healed about 1.5k hp. When you start killing bosses that actually matter, that's almost nothing compared to the amount of damage they do. Phantoms on the other hand, once they die, theyll just respawn exactly where they just were. I'd say about close to 10% of maple have made the Phantom class their new main, when it seems like maybe 3% play Jett as a main now.
This is not me raging about everyone playing Phantom. This is me saying stop hating on everyone who is playing Jett. Let people play whatever class they want.

We don't get a nerf unless sairs and buccs do. Actually, rapid fire gets changed to 300% later on, but that's about it. Real big nerf. But I think the people who boss alot will be kinda bummed.

corsairs are a LOT more stronger than jetts.
they get 70% damage to every skill they use at 100% chance and they get a lot more mastery.
i rather be hitting 90k consistently/line with ELE than hitting 70-100k /line with suborbital...
and i think they have more attack buffs?
who cares if jett or any other class is OP in jobs 1-3. only the 4th job matters in the long run.

It was annoying as hell to the point where I quit my sair for my mech. Then Jett came out and I tried the class... I main now it because of the mobility/skill animations... xD
Because of the mutiny update we have glitches as well. Karma for Jetts...? Nah couldn't be. >.>

@AnmolxD 250k per line isn't a lot since Eston is 590% dmg.

I dont really encounter ppl who say no to pts since Im a jett....People treat me as normal. And I like how we are kinda OP. My previous class was a DrK, which is like the opposite of OP, so this is a big relief to play.
@XtraTZu I like Jetts. So your argument is invalid. And I dont like it for just its damage, I like the long range, the dice skill, and the turret, and the fact that all the skills have techno lasers compared to a corsair's big red octopus. So again, your argument is invalid.

You have to be joking, ELE and SB is the same damage, Jett's Rapid fire is ALOT more than corsairs. Jetts get +15% crit as well at fourth job bringing it up to 70% crit and 90% on bosses.

And as someone who plays a phantom;
I never copy attacks, because phantom has his own attacks, i copy buffs because i find them more useful (and i like the way phantom attacks look [yes i said look, not damage]) ;p

Because sairs have advanced final att which activates at 100%.

Yeah that's at 3rd job though, I'm talking about 4th job+. After 110 you'll only train at LHC type maps and boss, and the time it takes to lvl to 110 is nothing compared to the lvls afterwards.

Don't compare your class to the most OP class currently released in GMS. Jetts are pretty OP, just not as much as phantoms.

Lol yeah DS are pretty OP also. When they first came out, I didn't want to make one cause of how strong they were. Though i came into possession of a 15x att lvl 80 Maple BW, and i already had all the gear from my DrK, so I made one, and yes I was very OP lol. Then i stripped it at 180, and will never play it again.
