Bowmaster or Windarcher.
Bowmaster = great mobbing and arrowblaster for bosses. x4 hits of around 400% at lvl 10. Faster than Windarcher imo
Windarcher = great mobbing and trifling wind + Song of Heaven for bosses. x5 hits of around 250-300% at lvl 10, and extra hit per monster (splash damage) for about 200-250%. Basically you have one more attack for 250% (level 10 skill level) per monster you hit. Meaning if you hit 5 monsters, you have 5 hits PLUS another 5.

because cubing is the easiest for xenon, a bunch of stuff gives all stats and they have one of the highest att multipliers in the game. also pirate gear is relatively cheap
Angelic Busters are also really strong and cheap too.
@Daeken: You need a handful of mesos first, but because they benefit from 3 different stats, they can go a lot further with certain equipment. (ie: They're going to benefit from enhanced superior equipment more than any other class.)

Well, that is because Their weapon counts as pirates. And pirates are the 2nd cheapest of the RA set.

If "fund" you mean not enough damage to do most bosses, then yes, bowmen.
Make a WA for the 50% elemental decrease thing. For bosses like Empress, instead of getting your damage cut in half, it only goes to 75%. This is different from defense.
Their mobility is awesome too.
