Most overlooked character card for shade Mercedes is incredibly useful. Bind as a cooldown of 210s. With the 5% CD reduction, that winds it down to about 199sec. Splitter also gets a 10sec reduction on its cooldown. Very useful since splitter is where most of our DPS comes from
