When to cube rings and accessories after the main 3

I've had my Knuckle, Wrist Armour and Emblem unique for a little bit now. What's kind of potential should I be stopping on? I used to figure that I'd require them to be legendary, but I've figured that if I pour more into chances at tier ups, the money might be better spent on cubing a Unique gollux ring for % Str instead.

Should I stop once I get two decent lines on these three items? For example: a 20% boss and 9% or 6% att line?

People often say: "Cube your weapon, secondary, and emblem first." It makes sense to do that, I'm just not sure when to stop. Any less known rules of thumb you can let me know of would be appreciated.

@Belzier hmm.. Maybe wait for the next Miracle time and use the cubes dropped from your daily bossing to find some good lines? I heard those cubes are bad at tier ups, and your equips are unique so craftsman's cube also works. I won't spend NX on adjusting unique potentials. Craftsman's cubes are just so cheap and drop very often.
If you are targeting for legendary, what's the point for 2 decent lines?

I think tier up to legendary might even cost less than "2 decent lines", depending on how do you define "decent".
Lets just say that I had a very, very disappointing Miracle time and didn't see either of these two outcomes. I don't have a well defined goal, and part of me asking the question is because I only have an idea of what "decent" is. I really am simply asking where a good place to stop with my weapons is temporarily. I'm not getting 3 legendary attack / boss / pdr lines on my knuckle anytime soon obviously, and without doing all the math required, I don't have a rule of thumb to guide me about when to focus on other items and come back to / replace my weapon and secondary.
What is that "reasonable level"? My mind keeps thinking 2 decent lines is good enough, then attempt for legendary later.
The budget hasn't been decided yet really. It's more of a long term goal that I'd like to look at. The goal is to be able to actually boss and farm drops more easily so that I can further support/fund myself. Doing hard gollux on my own would be nice.

Most of my things are epic, most having 3% Str on them. I have tyrants epic/unique (except I have 41 att nova boots I made myself cheaply). RA is 70% traced or occult scrolled. Most of my rings are min crit / crit rate rings, with 1 tempest ring that is 12% str, 18 att. My Knuckle is primed and has a 20% boss line; my secondary is 9% total damage. Before you even say it, yea, I'll probably re-roll the secondary for % att/boss sometime. PDR is less useful on buccaneers. And also before you say it, I'm getting my superior gollux items together and scrolled (working on the pendant now).

I could spend a little to get 7% SW items, though it's not a long-term solution. Most of my other things will be replaced later (RA, gloves, face/eye), which makes me not want to touch them even more.

Really though, investing in cubing / buying % str gollux rings then pendants/earrings are the next steps to take after getting the main 3 mentioned above to a reasonable level. My other equips shouldn't matter that much, since we're not talking about an instantaneous range increase.

What is that "reasonable level"? My mind keeps thinking 2 decent lines is good enough, then attempt for legendary later.

What is your budget and what is the current state of all of your equips?
