Working out, is this normal

Hey Basilers!
I started working out at a boxing gym like 2 months ago. I'm 19 and weak as hell since I did nothing in high school, just played video games and did school work lol. So I started out at the gym doing like 50 pull ups and 50 dips, which at first took me like an hour(I did 3 pull-ups at a time >&lt. But 2 months later, today I did 100 pullups/100 dips/ and 50 cowbell squats (like holding cowbell and arm hanging than squat) in 30 minutes. Oh and this was done while taking the classes at the gym as well, like 1 hour class than did my pull ups and squats. So yea that's normal right?

Why must people insist on fishing? I find it to be a very boring sport.

Oh thanks for the heads-up, idk I made this thread cuz I felt like either I was going too slow or I was doing it wrong or something. Oh and when is it normal for someone to start sparring in boxing?

cant tell if stupid ur just troll....

but on topic, yes this is normal. yull find when you have very little muscle and never worked out before you will see huge imrpovments very quickly. but this will soon stop within 3-6months (depending how hard you work out) because at a certiean point it gets alot harder to gain more muscle. example> bench 10 pounds more every 2 weeks or so but when your at 170 pounds it takes months to just get 5 pounds heavier (this is what happened to me).

I am confused by the question. Are you asking if it is normal to improve at gym over time? In which case i would have thought the answer would be obvious.
