I have never heard of that site before
I haven't used that site, but most get paid to (GPT) sites consist of filling out surveys and clicking links. I wouldn't do it unless you are young and can't get a job. As for that site, [url=https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/gokano.com]WOT[/url] says not to trust it.
If you want to make money online, I suggest reading around at [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/beermoney/]/r/beermoney[/url]. Read the comments and watch out for scams.
