Monster Park Extreme Ticket

How does anyone get 100 zebra stripe ticket pieces for MPE? Or is there another way of getting a ticket/getting in?

I've got nearly 300 tickets (not pieces) saved up on my luminous but tigers are much easier to get

More often than not, you don't. Unless you're grinding on regular monsters that drop those tickets.
You talk to the MPE girl. Or, you should have a quest notifier*(omg) on your head unless you're not in the range of 60-140 or whatever the range is
