sigh... I thought partying up would be viable again same ol grind
The PQ revamp made some PQs more interesting, but it will not do anything to revive the content -- Nexon disappointingly missed this opportunity to rebalance game content. If level is what you're looking for, then yes, R&J Grinding is still the best way to level up.

charm is the easiest to level
Like charm was ever that difficult to level up in the first place
RnJ is actually now decent for charm grinding. 60 charm for 2 completions, and 80 charm for combining the pendants.
