Xenon Inner Ability
Oi guys, I've just been using up my honor points for fun on every character. Got Legendary on my Xenon today and the first line is 29% crit. Is that worth keeping or should I just re-roll?

Perspective Shift gives 40% critical rate. Then there is Hyper Critical for another 10% and base critical of 5%.
So we are looking at 55% critical rate for Xenon, or 70%/75% with Phantom's link skill.
I'd say keep it.
