First time lifting weights
So, today I lifted weights for about an hour straight.
I know people who've said that you will get cramps and feel real sore in the morning.
I actually feel a bit sore right now.
So is this true? If it is, how can I prevent it, because I really hate cramps.
After lifting weights, I did do a few stretches if it matters.
