When you use the avatar stamps the buy an item, is the item tradable or untradable?

Idk but this link has info about it. http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/11754/premium-surprise-style-box-stamp-exchange I assume it is tradeable unless I'm reading it wrong it says on that article ;"Players in non-Reboot worlds can use this system as an alternative to trading the items."
