Pretty sure it was alt+enter, not alt+tab.
Alt+enter switches from window mode to full screen mode which lags you a bit if spammed, Alt+tab just switches tabs.

a year ago anyone could alt tab and that would "lag" them ingame and pretty much be invulnerable. i would assume they patched it by now but i was just curious. I havent played for over a year
