so the 4% dmg would be better than the 2% att? cuz i have one of those to ^_^
well i have a skill that has a 40% to ignore all of the enemy's def so should i stick with the 2% att
PDR is good for bossing BUT, Buccaneers have a skill that at a certain % rate, will completely ignore all of a boss's PDR; making that useless.
2% att is nice as well, since it allows you to make use of the high att multipliers that a bucc has.
i have heard that 18% pdr is better except for the case in which your pdr reaches 100%
