Anyone elses skill animations disabled?
Whenever I used my cool flashy skills as a Phantom, I can see them. However, if I'm looking at someone on my screen like my brother, (hes an aran) It only shows his hands and cash items moving but no skill animation.

Also check in settings if you have remote settings turned on or off.
If it is off, you won't see other player's damage or animation.
If it's on, they will be visible to you.

Most classes that don't have a rapid fire skill don't do that but yeah I want to say it's prob cause you were bossing, maybe remote effects stay off now?

Maplestory automatically turns of Remote Effects at some bosses. I've also seen this occur while training at KSH. I guess it's to compensate for lag.
He probably turned off Remote Effects in the Settings tab.
