I have one on my old acc I guess if you can just get them easily now I could give it to you cheap
[url=http://oi57.tinypic.com/2nhlpok.jpg]Blue Metus dropped by Windraider[/url] They actually drop the other colored level 90 bowman weapons. Yellow and Dark Crow, Black Metus, regular Metus.
Might I also suggest a VIP Bow, you can get them from the bosses in Alien Visitor PQ. It has that awesome wind gust animation when shooting an arrow. I don't have a Bow Master but I tried it on my Wind Archer.
A blue metus on the other hand... never see them anywhere.
I do. Sadly they're pretty easy to get now lol.

I believe I have one, but I'm looking to hold on to it since I like to collect those items.

EDIT: Yes, it's the same pre-quest for crystal ilbis.
Is the quest line the same as the one for making Cilbis? If that's the case, I've got it done on a mule
They changed the crafting method in v146.

It'll take a bit of time since you'll have to go through the questline first, then collect all of those (better than crimson wood at least), and then the reward is random as well, but it's still possible.

the recipe calls for 300 crimson wood. not to mention the long storyline which is prob not worth the time and effort
