hunting for drops from lower leveled monsters
hello,
i am looking to hunt for a recipe for infinite throwing knives. would a lv200 be able to hunt lower-leveled monsters (like 8x-9x) for them or would they not drop? im looking to take advantage of the 2x drop coupons while they're available

Yes, i can confirm it drops from mob racco from eldestein using my lv 200 kanna with 190% drop rate plus big spider buff.
Mob thunder from future hene drops flame throwing stars, little tip.
nope, as much as I know you have 0% chance of finding any drops from these monsters if you're lvl 200
I usually use mules for this kind of missions
