You'll only ever need Steelies for stars. Ilbis and higher are too expensive for an unfunded character, and are also quite unnecessary as they don't add much more attack. Ten sets of Steelies, at least here in Galicia, would run you about 4M. All your equips up to about level 70 should cost even less than that.

But by merchanting for better gear, that solely reflects on the idea of upgrading for [b]LUK[/b] or [b]%LUK[/b] items, not DEX. You can have a 100 base DEX and still be able to overpower a 50DEX lowDEX
Definitely. It justs means you won't be able to hit the same range and such as people with more funding. DEXless from 1-70 does not cost much because you do NOT buy a LUK Sauna. Just fundamentals. Maple Claw, Steelies, done

The growth speed of Cygnus and UAs are higher than that of Adventurers. It's only natural.
This is Nexon we're talking about, the same ones that are copying KMS and JMS, and if KMS nerfed UA skills, Nexon will do the exact same thing

UA NLs are inferior to NL Adventurers no offense. Their skills are nerfed compared to the original.

It takes patience and goal-making to get to where everyone is at now. It's not just about beginning funding anymore.
