gm was actuallyhelpful

During the gm event in orbis park (windia ch.3) about 30 minutes ago people were complaining about the hellban. Usually the gm ignores remarks like these, but this gm actually responded with [notice]'s. In the end Loki and I actually ended up talking to him. (in a sense) all he really said was that the hellban was not intentional, he didn't know if he was aloud to talk about it so he didn't want to that much, he couldn't ban people without proof that they were real exploiters, and that he was really sorry about everything.

idk about you guys but this is the first time a gm has ever..EVER acknowledged a problem while i was around. usually they just pretend it's not there and expect us to dance and be happy and kill the summons. personally this makes me feel a lot better.

thoughts? have you ever seen a gm actually talk about problems?
