Can you make a unique or legendary bonus potential 2l to 3l?
if you wanna precube ur way to legendary on a 1l or 2l bonus potential would stamps be able to make a 2l 3l on L potential? cuz the description says it only works on regular potential

Like @KingAustin said, "only works on regular potential" means that the scroll you have will add a line to non-bonus potential. To get a 3rd line on bonus potential, you need a different item.
People get to 3 lines before trying for unique/legendary because then there's a higher chance you'll get something decent while you're cubing. For example, if you land on the Unique Bonus Potential...
Accuracy +9%
ATT +10
you should probably keep cubing... but if instead you land on:
Accuracy +9%
ATT + 10
STR +4%
... then you should probably consider not even bothering with legendary bonus potential. That's a pretty good combination already. You can come back later if you really want to re-cube.
Rule of thumb is always to get to 3 lines of potential before cubing.
