That's about as unlikely as the other possibilities mentioned..

Chaos have about 50% chance of nothing happening (to the stat you want; this includes the scroll working and attack not changing), 25% chance of something good, 25% chance of something bad. In the chance of something good, 5 possibilities: 1-5 attack added. So we need 3, 4 or 5 attack added on average to get to 27 attack = 15% chance. Then we need to land that 15% chance 8 times in a row (if you use WS this chance will increase a bit, to about 3/11 lets call it 30% for simplicity) .3^8 = .00656% chance. So it's possible but it would take over 10,000 chaos scrolls, VSS, and 10% shoe attack scrolls. I've been doing out the math as I type this, and I now realize this is even less likely than just using the 90 10% scrolls.

My other thought on the subject is to use miracle chaos, which means in the 25% chance of something good happening you need 3-10 attack increase so 7/10 of 25% = 17.5% chance per scroll of 3+ attack added. (Or we can again increase this with ws to 7/21 = 1/3) so we do .333... ^ 8 and we can already see the odds aren't much better at all. It equals .0152% chance, meaning it would take over 5,000 miracle chaos, VSS, and 10% shoe attacks. This is also less likely than just using the 90 10% scrolls to begin with.

Edit: best case scenario with miracle chaos : first 2 add 10 attack, 3rd adds 4 or more = 27 attack. Odds of each of the first 2 adding 10% is 2.5%, 3rd is 4 or more which is 8/21 so we do .025*.025*8/21 = .0238% chance. This is the most likely way to get 27 attack and it's still extremely low odds.

Actually, statistically making 27 attack VSS is almost as unlikely as landing 50 or however many EE's on those hacked items. 10% shoe attacks come from the gach box events with the keys from CS. Only a few people end up with the 10% scrolls and sell them for 1b+. Now to get 9 slots worth of 10% scrolls, you're gonna need 90 10% scrolls at 1b+ each = 90b+. While this is extremely difficult, it's still possible. The thing that puts it over the top though is that I don't think any server ever even got 90 10% scrolls from those boxes, much less in the hands of a single person.

So, what probably happened? Hackers got their hands on a few 10% scrolls then duped those. Then they used those duped scrolls on VSS with White Scrolls, and then they duped those VSS and sold them. Meaning that the odds of actually having legit 27 attack VSS are essentially 0. Granted, I doubt Nexon employees have thought it out this much. Hime said they were debating about if the EE hacked items were even hacked for a while. So honestly, I'm doubtful if they will delete the 27 attack VSS, even though they're impossible to get legitly and everyone knows they're duped.

@ mouse1093 I mean it is childish to think that way for the very reason that you have stated. "does not make them profit." and that people constantly state it without taking into consideration the opinions and facts others present.

Where are you guys getting your stats lol? They are getting deleted, there's no question about it. I've already seen quite a few deleted and don't say "they won't delete because it makes nexon money", what a childish point of view. I am however unsure of how extensively they will be removed.

you would have to enhance them like 100 times

If they do delete all duped items, the results will just be all of nexon and all the handful of dupers making upwards of thousands of dollars, while the majority of the community is left screwed with nothing.

This seems... logical

if its not game breaking or unfair they wont care there only looking for widly duped ones so , vss, stone toths, cravens, ext ext

But what if you own an item that perhaps was duped but isn't necessarily a good item? Like someone duped it on accident and you just got it by chance?

Nexon has already stated there deleteing any mass duped items there takeing there time but they ARE deleteing them, they wont find them all though but 27 atk vss are widely duped its your call, but i would sell them personally never know when nexons bs hammer will come down

How would you know if it's legit or not -_-
