Elemental weapons and Evan
Do skills such as Earthquake, Flame Wheel, and Blaze apply to the Elemental weapons? Like if I have the ice one on and use Earthquake, flame wheel or blaze will I receive the -25% damage penalty?

You won't on Earthquake since it doesn't have one of the 4 elements - It'd be element neutral (Unless Nexon changed it to element fire?). However, if you got an elestaff 7/8 for some reason, you'd just want to make sure your element reset's always on.
