Depending what level you are, one of the easiest stars to get is level 70 hwabis. Go to leafre and go to the harps. They drop hwabis at a decent drop rate. They are around level 110

and yeah they drop but just buy them, easier. some event shops also have 'em.

Got 2 Hwabis within 10 minutes on x1 drop in golden temple.

NPC is Showa and Sakura Castle also sell decent stars.

just goto monster park. they drop hwabis alot

Hwabis and steelies have pretty decent drop rates; to the point where people don't bother to pick them up anymore.

Crafting Infinite stars, buying White gold stars when they're available or good ol' fashion hunting
