Omg I Got Unbanned
I decided to use the live chat and the "investigator 1" decided that I deserve another chance because it wasn't completely my fault. SO HAPPY! after almost of year of being banned.. honestly if you think you were unfairly banned try the chat! it could work

Yeah I can't get into ban appeals. Automatically closing with a ticket. Trying other now

I WAS 3rd... tried again and iwas 17th.

The queue seemingly never moves forward... I think it should give you messages like "You're 20th..., 19th..., 18th in line..." and so on, but for me it's just stuck at "You're number 25 in line".
I was 10th in line and then got a 10 minute message and it closed, tried again and was 10th in line but this time I got answered and fixed)) keep trying man!
I can't get inside.. I was 3 in the line, they opened a ticket, closed the chat to use the ticket number.. nothing happened. now im 17 in the line. Nexon you suck.
