transposing weapon question
does the neb carry over from empress to sweet water? i know that the scrolling and star does ( -1 though), but the potential resets.
second question, dose the sweet water have to be clean? or does it simply switch with the stats with your empress?

When you transpose, you don't keep the weapon you're transposing.. You get the same + stats and nebs and you keep potential tier/bonus tier, but it will be hidden so high chance it's not going to be the same. The SW doesn't have to be clean, as long as that sw wasn't used for transpose before.
stay as in it is forever in the previous weapon?
