@Onreu I'm not saying they're bad or that I'm saying an overpowered class is fun. Personally, I just don't like using a lot of hits to kill a monster. Maybe I'm just not at a level where Hayatos peak.

There's a difference between being strong and having fun. If a class dealt 999 million damage, but could only basic attack his entire career ... then would that still be fun to you?
Unless OP is searching for "damage" fun and not "playstyle" fun.
Hayato is extremely flashy. You can make great combos with him too. He can cancel skill frames, reposition, go up high ledges with ease (or anywhere), etc. His mobility is crazy. And you have great crit proc.
He's one of THOSE characters in games. Those characters that aren't too OP, but are hella flashy, and require some skill or whatever ... generally, fun.
Hayato feels more coherent than Zero as a whole, all of its skills fit with the class. Zero's skills are all over the place in terms of functionality So yeah, Hayato #1

Hayato. It's actually one of the most fun classes to play in Maple imo. Really underrated!
