Omg Blade amp Soul Closed Beta

I'm very excited. I'm probably gonna start with a Yun blade master or a Lyn Blade dancer. As for fraction, I'm most likely gonna go to crimson.

This game will be a free to play game. It will have a cash shop but will only offer customs or speed up items (like 2x exp). It will have a free to play shop as well which will have similar customs except for exclusive ones.
Like World of warcraft, its a fraction vs fraction. I believe you can turn on and off PvP flagging. There is something in the game called prestige. Prestige is like a special currency (at least thats what it sounds to me) that must be given to an NPC to get the rewards. Early log outs, turning off PvP flagging, Zone retreating, channel dodging or even dying to another player will result in losing all prestige gained. Gaining prestige would be you fighting someone close to your level. Pretty much its risk vs reward.
Also note for the above, You must wear your fraction custom in order to PvP. The custom also opens up special quest as well.
For myself I may push myself and get a founders pack and get early start. I'm be hunting some of you guys really soon

But non-payers can get it too. the truth is, the rich will always get their way. Just be happy they are doing this cause at the end of the day people with money is all that matters.

but yeah, I'd bring up rotations. There's a small chance they arent following the proper rotation, but I dont really know lv60 BRD
@fatheroftheyear: It's kinda complicated. My SO and I transferred servers to play with two people he knows irl (who play a tank and healer, and their dps is fine anyways). So we're not really in a position to tell the people who were already in the static that their dps sucks, since we're the "new members" of the static despite being the best dps of the group.
In fact, I know for sure that at least one of the individuals knows his dps isn't good because he's always like 'I gotta work on my dps'. He plays a BRD. The class has become a lot harder to do decent dps, imo. So on one hand I sympathize but on the other we won't be finishing savage anytime soon unless everyone is pulling their own weight.
Oh, and the off tank refuses to get teamspeak because he's on ps4 and doesn't want to pay $2 for the mobile app.

My static hasnt beaten savage yet, but we're getting there. We've only been at it for a total of maybe 8(?) hours spread out over two weeks.
About telling your dps, you should only run with people you know closely or can talk to directly through skype or mumble or something. That way its easier to say "Hey, you suck but this is how to fix that" or "You should probably look up rotations." Try linking them to savage averages so they can compare themselves to that. My money is on the rotations

I used to main BRD but after getting it to 60 and disliking the new stance I switched to DRG and enjoy it much better.
Have you done any Alexander Savage yet? My static attempted it once and two of the dps in the group are really bad and we're not sure how to go about telling them that so we failed pretty badly lmao.

upon release date it will be free, I have a post replying to someone about it. MMOhut confirmed it as well as well has NCsoft.
My computer is a potato anyway. A kawaii potato.
Idk if id play it for long if i try it to be honest, much like how id never go back to Maplestory (i think they ruined it, plus it sucks to feel unable to play in the world you started in cuz it got way too popular)
