Which is better for damage? Both of them stacks with ra full set. You don't need the hat to get 30% boss from the full set effect, just use 2nd pendant slot. Heres a ss from someone.

btw how much does 15 star tyrant(it has around 200 att) cost? Lets say its archer tyrant belt any pot so it's the cheapest 15 star tyrant.
edit- how much total weapon att can people from kms have? I heard they have 500 att weapons from additional options and superiour rank on all equips with MEE.

@Tromlol I don't own the equip but I saw a ss of a 15 star tyrant on basil. I think the 6th or 7th star begins to add att on them.
15 Star tyrants cost way too much for you to even think about.
Think the guy who made 15 star tyrant boots (DivineMyth?) used 2.5k+ USD to make them.
