Say I want to transpose an emp equip with a nebulite attached to it. Will the nebulite be with the sw equip after transposition?

the nebulite will carry over, however the potential will reset as if you cubed it; same tier different potential (same for bonus)
If you have the sw equip of the same type it will show you the outcome when you hover
